11men including 5 FNG’s eventually found their way to the Railyard this morning for an old school beatdown.

Mosey down to the field shelter and circle up. – Disclaimer

Warm Up: 

• 25 SSH
• 20 Imp Storm Troopers
• 10 Merkins
• 10 Windmills

Line up on the track for Indian run around the track with 1 Merkin off the back.  100 yd Jail Break to shelter.

• 3 x Carolina Choo Choo
• 2 min peoples chair with air presses
• 1 min Al Gore

Line up on track for Indian Run #2.   2 Merkins off the back.    100 yd Jail Break to shelter at end.

• BTW long as you can hold it.
• 10 Min of Suicides – 1 min increments,  each increment increase distance by 1 lap until 10 laps reached.
• 5 x Circle Merkin

Line up on track for Indian Run #3..  3 Merkins off the back.   slow mosey to the shelter near the parking lot.

• Lunge and Hold – 6 each leg
• The weak point – Merkin – Hold 6 in off ground with 1 arm outstretched.  3 each side.
• 10 Dips

Mary: 

• 10 Low Flutter
• 10 Low Dolly
• 10 LBC
• 10 Pretzel Crunch ea side
• 10 Bicycle
• 10 Crunch Frog
• 10 American Hammers
• 1 min plank.

1. Thank you Hong Kong Phooey and Sweetie for keeping the mumble chatter lively today.   Naming rights always go to the Dad for 2.0’s but this was a special exception approved by Dad.  Hilarious and great name…
2. Jack Rabbit truly earned his name giving us all a push on the sprints.
3. Loved the haymakers from the PAX for the 10 min of suicides.  I knew the pain was coming and endured the comments.   something like revenge served best cold…
4. Always enjoy coffee afterwards and hope to see everyone back out!   Keep posting,  it doesn’t get easier but you will get stronger.
