Mission 22 – A single number has shaped the way that Americans think about young military veterans. It’s the number 22, as in, 22 vets take their lives each day. The number has become a rallying cry for advocates trying to call attention to suicide among vets, especially those who served in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Warmup/CoP
Mosey parking lot from end to end – circle up
- Penny pickers x 22
- Windmills x 22
- Imperial Storm Trooper x 22
The Thang
Line up on curb along one side of parking lot. 1 exercise done on either side of the parking lot. First exercise, start with 22 (reduce by 2 each following set), Murder Bunny to the other side, Second exercise, start with 2 (increase by 2 each following set), Lunges with Weight back. (equals 132 reps of each exercise). Repeato with all pairs of exercises or until 6:10
Exercise pairs:
Round 1 – Curls / Overhead presses
Round 2 – Goblet Squat / Lawn Mowers (split total between both arms)
Round 3 – CPR’s (Curl/Press/Raise) / Elf on the Shelf

- End with 22 Merkins (to raise awareness of the 22 veterans a day who take their own lives)
