Leg Day, or He’s Got Legs and He Knows How to Use Them

6 men weren’t #skeered to get a little better today at The Ridge. Not sure what happened to the rest of you, but here’s the deets of what the men did:
Warm Up
Mosey out to the Stop Sign, dodge the local traffic.

- Hillbilles x 15 (Go App State!)

The Thang
Mosey to the Portico
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Merkins
- 20 WWII Sit-Ups
- 30 Mt Climbers
- 40 Squats
- 50 SSH
Mosey to the loading dock
- Lunge walk around the dock
- Backward Catwalk Strut (Walk on your Tippy Toes Backward)
- 100 One-legged Calf Raises (each leg)
- 5 Burpees
- Lunge walk around the dock
- Forward Catwalk Strut
Mosey to the back of the school to the picnic tables
- 15 One-legged Side Squat Step Ups (with High Knee) (Each Leg)
- 15 One-legged Bulgarian Squats (each leg)
- 15 Sit Down Jump Squats
- 15 Dips
- Backward Lunge Walk around the circle
Mosey to the wall at the side of the practice field
- Wall Sit (30 sec)
- Raise left leg (30 sec)
- Raise right leg (30 sec)
- Air Press x 15
- Wall Sit (30 Sec)
- Apollo Ono x 15
Mosey to the Parking lot Corner
- Sprint to the ticket booth
- Backward mosey to the start

- Ton of #NoQuit out there. Glad you all made it out
- YHC was kind of winging it out there today, so it turned into a Leg Day
- Those One-legged Side Squat Step Ups (with High Knee) (Each Leg) kind of hurt. Might be a while before we do those again. Calf Raises are going to suck in about 3 hours too
- @TarTar killing it as per usual, @BanjoBoy quit on himself at one point, also as per usual. YHC was there to give him a push
- @Smokey needs some help with a wheelchair (sounds like a heavy one) on Sunday
Gratitude
I was reading an article the other day about Gratitude. The simple act of listing (outload) 10 things you are grateful for every day, has many of the same effects of an antidepressant. My challenge to you is to do this simple act for a week and see how it impacts your mental well-being.
