• Strong work as always out there. That was more running than anticipated. Most completed 4 rounds with at least one getting in 5.
• T-claps to SoloCup and Dr Lecter for coming out and crushing it the day after the Around The Crown 10K.
• There really is nothing quite like working out to Christopher Cross. #YachtRockYearRound
• Excellent Coffeeteria today. We got to see some of our BlueRidgers (good luck this weekend) had a visit from Strapless and Oz was on hand as well. It must’ve been the siren song of the donuts.
• If you’re looking for a truck, Talladega has one that is NOT for sale.
