Field of Dreams or Escalades Greatest Hits

This Saturday, 9 Men found the biggest field in Harrisburg at The Railyard.
Here’s how it went:
Warm Up:
- Mosey down the street to the opposite side of the massive field.
Circle up and Disclaimer
- The Motivator
- 15 Imp Storm Troopers
- 10 Merkins
- 10 Mtn Climbers
The Field of Dreams:
Line up on far edge of the field. Crossing the entire field with a different exercise at the edge of each individual field.
- Field 1 – Butt Kickers
- Field 2 – High Knee
- Field 3 – Defensive slide
- Field 4 – Defensive slide other side
Turn around and go back
- Field 1 – Lunges
- Field 2 – Broad Jump
- Field 3 – Bear Crawl
- Field 4 – Crab walk
Leap Frog Ladder across the field:
Partner Up or team up –
2, 4, 6, 8. 10 Merkins at the starting end.
10, 8 ,6, 4, 2 Cross fit burps at the other end.
Partner 1 runs to the first light pole and planks while parter 2 runs to the 2nd pole and planks then partner 1 runs to the 3 pole and planks and partner 2 runs to the end.
30 mins later …
Circle up for the Jack Webb. Nobody saw that coming…
Mosey to the lot for Mary.

The Moleskin:
- Its always a privilege to lead this group. I’ve taken too much time away but hope to have more leads like this on a regular basis, God and body willing.
- Thank everyone for posting today. There’s a lot of other things to do and excuses we can make. As Gamma reminded me, we encourage each other to post and get better wither its spoken or not. The fellowship is glue that keeps us going.

- Nice push by Magic Mike and Constitution on the ladder today!
- Lots of grumbling on that Ladder… We crossed the field 12 times today! I measured 2.4 miles total.
- It was great to see Minnow pulling a Starsky at coffeteria today. I never thought I would see the day… Something about knee surgery and physical therapy and taking it easy… Get well soon Minnow!!! Great to see you.
