13 men, sparring with greatness, braved the dark muggy gloom, to get a little better.  They didn’t realize that it was a special day, and celebrated my Dad’s 70th Birthday.

Here’s the deets:

Warm Up

The Thang

Mosey over to the road that cuts through the parking lot

• Bear Crawl 10 yards
• 3 sec Squats x 10

Repeato x 7

Mosey over to the loading dock

• 7 Burpees
• Lunge walk around the dock

Repeato x 10

Mosey to the School entrance

• 10 Single leg Step Ups
• 10 Squats

about 7 rounds (had to cut it short)

Mosey on back to the Cars

• LBC x 15
• Squirm x 15
• Crunchy Frog x 15

Moleskin

• Sweatfest today.  A real leg burner  Great work by everyone.
• That’s a lot of Burpees, I was hoping the Garbage Truck was just an in and out kind of thing, but it looked like they were getting paid by the hour.
• @Tumbler seemed unhappy with the Step Ups, I had to step back a bit to make sure I didn’t catch one of his #MeatMitts in the face
• Lot’s of folks needing prayers.  How about everyone just say a prayer that the PAX displays Leadership, Patience, and Grace in the presence of adversity
• Hammerhead 5/10K update: 58 Runners /$2,634 Raised that’s officially a new record for one of our Guerilla Races.  This event is shaping up to be a very special day.  I’m looking forward to it.
• Happy Birthday to the man that taught me how to Laugh.  Funniest man I’ve ever known.
