Mint Hills
We started out as usual when Pantene showed up. YHC gave the traditional disclaimer and we moseyed to the memorial for warmup.
SSH, Windmill, Penny Pickers, Imperial Troopers, and Arm Circles.
With the upcoming Huntersville Half YHC decided to work on hills, even though there are no hills in the Huntersville Half according to Othello.
Chum and Toughskins both recovering, rucked in our general direction.
The Thang:
Moseyed to volleyball court. Paired up and had one pax run to bottom of hill and back. Other pax did squats while partner ran out and merkins on the way back. Repeat 3x
Moseyed to top of the hole and repeat with partner running to bottom of hill and back. Repeat 3 times
Moseyed with arms out to bottom of hole and repeated 3 times going up the far side of the hole. About now Pantene was looking to head back in the “right direction”. We moseyed with arm circles back to base of hole and repeated with partners doing squats and merkins.
Heading home we did a max effort run out of the hole with winner getting to pick next excercise. IDK won so he had everyone line up 100 ft from tree line. One pax picked an exercise and runs to treelike and back, next pax picks another exercise and so on until it was time to head back to home base.
Great to see how quick Sanctions and Tutu have become. SaddleSore welcome back out, look forward to seeing you on a regular basis. Starbucks looking strong running, YHC knows how to pick a running partner. Othello as always hills are no competition for you. Big Tuna great to see you out here on your visit. Pudge and IDK way to push each other coming out of the hole.
