Great job out there guys! I think everyone finished the 8 stations with a few adding in extra credit. I know I mentioned it at COT but I am really amazed at the growth F3 Harrisburg has done in the past year! The Pandemic/shutting down of workouts could have easily led us to crack apart or to have guys get used to sleeping in and finding other ways to work out. However, that didn’t happen to us as so many of you all stepped up to pull us together and we became stronger and better for it. From pax setting up run days, to Solocup’s Daily workouts, the charity races, the daily coffeteria, the overall charity when money was tight for all, through all of this, we didn’t just stay together but we grew in size and grew as an overall organization. Everyone here in Harrisburg stepped up and took this group to a whole other level. It is a great reminder of all that we can do when we step up to adversity TOGETHER and declare that we will NOT let it beat us.
We all whooped this adversity together and it makes me excited to see what is next for F3 Harrisburg! I am greatly humbled and honored to be part of such an amazing group of Men!
Any one who wants to Q the Rail Yard just look at the map and pick and choose what you want to do! #noexcuses
As always, thank you for pushing me, inspiring me, and allowing me to lead!
