• Mosey back to parking lot

The Thang:

Ladder workout

• Start at one end of the parking lot, complete 9&1, sprint to middle, complete 5 merkins, sprint to other end and complete 8&2, etc.
  • Plank Jack / Air Squat
  • LBC / Flutter Kicks
