A late-Sunday check of the SUG by YHC noticed that there was no Q for Mettle.  Upon posting on Slack to gauge interest, @Poutine responded (as expected) with “U taking the Q?”  Today’s Remote Learning schedule provided the opportunity and a Twitter Preblast ensued.

While there was an absence by a Slack HC (*clears throat…@BlackSheep), five total PAX came together on a warm Monday morning, including @TheForce traveling from #F3LKN (see…preblasts DO have a purpose; he even voiced appreciation of the Sports Club address being included).

A descent disclaimer was provided and off we went to mosey to the clubhouse and back.

Eleven moves, each with 11 reps:

• Lunges – each leg (KB)
• Single Arms Rows (KB) – each arm

Followed by a mosey around the island and back for repeato.

We successfully completed four complete circuits with just enough time for MARY, which was the goal.

MOLESKIN:

• Huge s/o to @TheForce for making the trip.  He is responsible for EH’ing me originally years ago, as my first ever post was up his way at the Wilderness.  I’ll forever be in debt to his headlock abilities.
• There was a lot of solid mumblechatter & 2nd F embedded into today’s beatdown.
• Why 11×11?  This circuit was originally designed and implemented as a Veteran’s Day beatdown and I don’t believe in changing a good thing.
• A solo #F3Skywalker Cruise fly-by from @Soprano.
• Prayers included, but not limited to: @Snowsuits mom & sister, who recently were tested positive for COVID and the story shared by @TheForce of a PAX whose M is currently getting assistance for substance abuse.
• As we open Thanksgiving week, let’s pray people make safe, smart decisions; our decisions don’t only impact our households.
• A reminder to keep those in mind who are not as blessed as us.
• Finally, let’s focus on what we GET to do, rather than what we HAVE to do.
