Ran from the harris teeter on Highway 51, through Bain Elementary School, all the way to the Presbyterian church behind the school. When we got there we did a little loop and came all the way back to the Harris Teeter.

We still had like 15 minutes left so we did some high/low intensity suicides to and from the little side streets in the shopping complex.

After that, we did some cool-down stretching so that I wouldn’t be sore for my nap after the workout.

• Cryptos In-Laws as they deal with loss over this season.
