FOUR… THREE… TWO… ONE…
All BackBlasts BackblastsOctober 19th, 2020
7 Pax joined YHC in the gloom this morning and challenged themselves to be better, stronger men. YHC gave them a sequence of numbers to ponder before jumping into the disclaimers. What they did not know was that each of the numbers corresponded to the number of rounds and different exercises within those rounds we would be committing to for the next 45 minutes. One round is completed after the designated number of exercises and one lap around the parking lot or track. We will never look at these four numbers the same after today’s gloom.

Thanks for the opportunity to Q today. It’s been about a year and a half since my last Q, which took place right before losing my father-in-law to a heart attack. I took time away from F3 and other things I love to grieve and be there for my wife. I continue to be encouraged by so many seasoned and RESPECTed men who show up each morning and take pride in their health. Today reminded me of just how critical it is to stay connected, stay motivated and stay healthy!
