20ish HIMs of Harrisburg returned to the green glens of Shamrock to take on one of three routes.  Some got a little faster, others got a bit stronger, we all got better.

• A lot of strong runners out there today and the ruckers came back breathing hard too.  Good work by all

• Time change back to 0530 starting 10/5.  New workout also starting Monday and Tuesday at 0630
