1. Great showing considering the humidity and Extinction recovery. Lots of good stories from this weekend’s race, and some ideas about the next one.

2. Several good suggestions for a substitute for the pull-ups. The Squirm was not one of the good ones.

3. The Town Center Walkers welcomed us back to our spot. Perfect form was in order, and even a little bit of clenching. #showtoknow

4. Nothing like a final prayer with the angelic sounds of Metallica in the background.

5. Jury is still out about where TBone’s friend came from, but it’s still sitting on the picnic bench if anyone wants to go say hi.

6. SSMinnow has the Q tomorrow and promises very little running.
