1. Thanks for coming out. Strong showing from Harrisburg and the Dawg House, with a Concord #respect thrown in for good measure. Good to see you, Total Package.

2. I missed part of the conversation…do we go to Concord for some culture or do they come here?

3. You may be tough, but you’re not “Kojak doing handstand mericans wearing a ruck less than a day after a 24 hour ruck-a-thon” tough.

4. “Quitters stop there” or some mumbled version of that will forever be cemented in F3Harrisburg history. Bossman came back from MI with some pent up aggression, bringing a proud tear to Solo Cup’s eye.

5. I believe Talladega was the first across the finish line this morning, then went back out for another mile or two as others finished out. Props to Torch as well for donning the ruck, and to Terrible Towel for ensuring he didn’t finish alone.

6. I told Espresso he only had 7 minutes to get the last mile in. He just smiled.

7. Good times at coffeeteria as always. Some race details were finalized….keep an eye out for the e-mail.
