Never Love The Murph, Never Regret The Murph

Five #HIM started the week and ended the month strong with #f3highlands monthly running of The Murph and the start of YHC’s Anniversary Iron Q.
For the unitiated, The Murph is a workout to honor the life and legacy of Navy Seal and Medal of Honor recipient Lt. Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005.
After a quick Warmarama consisting of SSH, Cotton Picker, and Windmills, off we went for…
The Thang
- 1 mile run
- 100 pull ups

- Great work today men. As the title mentions, @buffalo_bill said it best when he said he never loves The Murph but never regrets The Murph. I’ve never regretted leaving the fart sack to post, but have regretted sleeping in plenty of times.
- Glad to have @ManDown join us, and glad he stayed despite the fact that we don’t do the exercises in cadence like our Tradition brothers. Like I said, we like the #mumblechatter and I can’t count and talk at the same time.
- Glad to have @Illuminati back in the Gloom! Hope this means we’ll see more of him this week and beyond. Memory serves, it’s his one-year anniversary as well.
- Tomorrow on The Iron Q: An old friend returns. #showtoknow
