Missed the Bus

Call it Writers Block, Busyness, Lazy, whatever. All of this has been mailed in from the house. Now if i can remember what we did… There were 11 that when to school and got it done.
Warmarama: Mosey down the middle of the parking lot. Circle up and do some SSH x20. Mosey to an intersection of the main road, circle up and do some Mountain Climbers x20. Mosey to the next intersection and do some Clock Merkins x5 in each position. Keep the moseying towards the middle school, circle up and do some Imperial Storm Troopers x20. Mosey to the Middle School bus lot and pause.
The thing as recalled:
The track was locked and because YHC cares about the Pax, we stay in the bus lot and run around the big yellow cans instead of jumping the fence and risking appendages and limbs. Imagine the four corners of a track around the buses and do the following at each of the corners:
- 5 burpees
- 10 merkins
- 15 WWII sit ups
- 20 squats
Line up on the hill that goes down to the track for 4 min of Quad-ra-phillia.
Mosey back to the next intersection and circle up. Imperial Storm Troopers x20. Mosey to the main drag, circle up for Clock Merkins x5 in each position. Keep on keepin on to another intersection, circle up and Mountain Climbers x20. Mosey to the parking lot intersection, let the Pax catch a quick breath then Jailbreak to the Launch Point for Mary.

Yes, YHC was incredibly late with the BB. I wish it were different. I have plenty of excuses but nobody cares about those. It is what it is. @Solocup is at an age and has some history that causes him to have a tough time remembering what he did earlier in the day and Backblasts bring him comfort. I do feel a little bad for adding to his anxiety and confusion.
In case you couldn’t tell, and I know that you could, most of this was made up on the fly. Which should give some courage to the guys who haven’t led yet. Run around, do some stuff, run back, do some more stuff, Mary. That’s it. I heard one of the Pax say that a goal for 2020 is to lead a beatdown. Nothing to it but to do it. Just dodge traffic and get the backblast out in a timely manner.
