On the last day of the decade YHC rolled into the lot at The Ridge at 0525 to no cars.  No cars???  YHC thought he hadn’t gotten a memo about a change of plans or something.  Cars soon began to roll in and by the time 0530 came around 5 other PAX joined YHC on this last day of 2019.  Things went like this…..

 

WARM-UP

THE THANG

Partner up and start at the ticket office.  Do 100 reps of side squats each but only 25 reps at a time.  Split up and run around to the other side of the lot and do 100 reps of leg lifts but only 25 reps at a time.  PAX did the last round together.

 

PAX lined up in plank on the curb and 1st PAX bear crawled to next parking line.  Next PAX followed until all PAX had gone.  PAX did two lines of this.

 

No time for MARY.

MOLESKIN

–DT popped Wexler’s bubble pretty quick after Wexler brought up that tomorrow was the start of a new decade.  Wexler was just not the same after that.

–Practice was the next to show up after YHC and the cars followed him in so guess they were all following him.  Great tips from him about setting goals for 2020 and holding ourselves accountable.

–Great observation from Birdcage about the distance of the parking lines at The Ridge.  They apparently are longer here than everywhere else.

–Pocohontas is getting back into running form, just in time for his 50k.
