Bell Buster Style!!!
Inspired by the eloquent poetry of Jimmy Buffett, YHC picked up the Q for Bell Buster this morning. Initially planning to bring an old workout to the time, I was inspired once again this morning to write up a 12 Days of Christmas themed beatdown. Short disclaimer given, bells racked, and we set out on a short journey to the covered and lighted Suntrust drive thru for the Thang (see above picture). All went smoothly till the Concord Police showed up (apparently our presence was setting off alarms at Suntrust). Fortunately we only had one set left to go.
