BOM & COT
MOLESKIN:
- Good effort by everyone. Fitbit had YHC at 17 min peak and 22 min cardio with a good BPM rate and 528 calories burned (ate my breakfast bagel with no guilt).
- Gremlin is on January 18th. Sign up so they can get an idea of who is coming.
- Time Laps(e)
- @Ambassador presented @Alcatraz with a bunch of craft supplies for Carter to enjoy while she continues to recover from back surgery.
- @Ambassador presented his effort to help CMS students with lunch debts to clear their accounts. The PAX enthusiastically grabbed the “F3 Snowmen” designating recipients for these funds and amounts needed to clear their ledgers.
