8 men showed up to get better and honor our service members this morning and are better for it. YHC took almost a week off from some back problems so this morning was a little lighter than normal. As always though, you get out what you put in, even if the Q is not 100%.
Nobody took YHCs offer to sing some cool military cadence songs as we ran around the speedway this morning. The workout was still effective. It went like this.

The Thang

Suicides with 10 mericans at each line
Bear Crawl to one line, Lunge walk to the next until you get to the end
Good old fashioned suicide
Partner up – Catch me if you can
One partner quadraphelia’s up the hill
Other partner does 4 mericans and then sprints to catch up
At the top of the Hill
Air Squats x 10 in cadence
Circle mericans x 10ish
Mosey to the entrance sign
20 dips, 15 decline mericans – 3 rounds
Mosey to the ramp with pull up bars
10 WW-II situps at the bottom, 10 pull-ups at the top – 3 rounds
Mosey back to base with stops for Low Flutter and People’s chair at the bathrooms

Great conversations this morning at Coffeeteria. Some pax were immediately going home to check credit card statements for extra generous gifts. Some were reliving their fantasy football greatness. Some were trying to convince @Kojak to replace his rifle with a “Red Ryder carbine action two-hundred shot range model air rifle” at the airport because we don’t feel safe. Some were discussing their trainer man-crush and hoping that he didn’t have any friends within ear shot.
All of us were introduced @BlackMarket to a new level of non-sense. Good times!
