Trick or Treat
All Harrisburg BackblastsOctober 31st, 2019
YHC brought his circa 1979 jack-o-lantern bucket of treats to The Ridge today and shared with the other 8 HIM who weren’t afraid of the rain. Flip Phone made the observation that it was 5:30, the Q confirmed that Flip Phone can indeed tell time and off we went.

Mosey to the corner of the parking lot by the gravel road and practice field. Solo Cup observed that we were not headed towards the covered front entrance. Disclaimer given.

The Thang
The Pax take turns pulling out a treat from the jack-o-lantern and the group performs the drawn exercise. The man who pulled the exercise can decide if the exercise is IC or OYO, single or 4-count reps and for a run, where and how far we run. Here’s the treats that got drawn, in order as best as I remember. I know Solo Cup put Squats back in, but I thought someone drew it again, but don’t remember who.
