Due to a schedule change YHC was able to Q a Railyard beatdown so YHC needed to come up with something to challenge the mighty beasts here in the ‘Burg.  There are lots of possibilities at this AO so YHC wanted to take advantage of what was available.  8 of these beasts started off with YHC and were later joined by 2 more.  It went down like this……..

 

WARM-UP

THE THANG

After grabbing sandbags, for those without rucks, we headed to the pullup station.  The PAX completed 3 rounds of the following exercises and reps with a 400M run after each round.

1. Pullups 5-10-15
2. Deadlifts 10-15-20
3. Squats 15-20-25
4. Curls 20-25-30
5. Merkins 25-30-35
6. Flutter kicks(4 ct) 30-35-40

The PAX completed 3 rounds of 15 dips(with sandbags) and 25 derkins(10 for those with rucks) on the picnic tables.  The PAX then would run around the pond after each round.

–For YHC’s mother-in-law after cancer was found in her lungs.  Surgery is pending

 

MOLESKIN

–After getting reprimanded by a MQ for no SSH’s at the beatdown yesterday YHC got scolded by a former MQ for too many SSH’s.  YHC will work on finding a happy medium for everyone or sign up to Q.  Plenty of open slots.

–YHC doesn’t get to be at a workout much with Hootie but he sure makes it interesting……….

–T-Claps to Gamma and Gapper for joining in a pre-ruck.  It was nice to get out early in the cool morning.  Thanks guys!!!

–Bull was killing it from the front as usual.

–Escalade was hoping to stay dry and clean this morning so sorry for that brother.  You know us kids don’t listen.

–Newly named Hounddog and Ocho Cinco rolled in and hopped right in without missing a beat.

–Talladega was flying around the AO without being out of breath at all.  It’s just too easy for him.

–Scooter wasn’t too fond of the sandbags and even talked about knocking the dust off the ol’ ruck to use again.  Welcome back ruckbrother!!!
