21 men, and one dog, came out to traverse The Devil’s Pitchfork by foot or bike this am and are better men for it.

One of the best running mornings we’ve had in a long time. Low 60 and just in time to see the sun rise. Good times!

Prayers for the families of teens involved in a boating accident on Lake Norman this past weekend. One under the age of 16 passed away.

A good reminder from @Pharaoh to all us runners to wear reflective gear and lights. Except for those with a “chiseled glistening physique” .
