YHC felt very honored to be one of only 2 pax to make it to SUG this week. I can already hear Heatstroke… “it’s about time Sparknut”. Anyway, if you feel like you can handle it, there are still 3 slots still available this week. I digress. 0530 arrived and 4 brave men were ready to take on the gloom and take on the week!

THANG:

Mosey back to the H.T. parking lot. Big Red and Big Green were accompanied by their cousin Big Orange, placed strategically around the circle, allowing each pax a little time with the big boys. It would be a Tabata with 50 seconds of work, and 25 seconds of rest. 3 rounds of 9 exercises. Go for the big weight as much as possible and don’t put down the bell until time is called.

1. It was truly on honor to lead you men this morning! Actually, I’m not sure who was leading who. You guys crushed it!
2. All the pax spent quality time with the Rage family. There were no slouches this morning. All came out to get the work done.

PRAYERS: 

• Richard, Pox’s colleague, is going in for surgery again.
• Matt (F3: Three) – Many challenges with the family lately. 2 flat tires, Matt had a stomach bug, The M went to ER with a kidney infection, and father-in-law had surgery to remove a 1.0 x 1.7 mm kidney stone.
