Start of the 4th of July off right in pure F3 style celebrating all 3 F’s

We all have the gifts of Fitness / Fellowship / Faith, that we share, our purpose is to freely share or give our gifts away, to that end, Speed for Need ( Who Pushes Who ) is celebrating their 2 year anniversary at the All American 4 Miler this Thursday. There are opportunities to give your gift of Fitness to a Track Commander’s team, 8 of them will be racing. Or share your gift of fellowship through volunteering, set up, tear down, mumblechatter during the race or EH’ing the unsuspecting male attendees. And, share your gift of Faith as so many of us will post to provide hope to athletes and there family’s, there is a story to tell that you can become a part of.
