The Thang: Tire Kingdom

• 4 Rounds (was originally planned for 5…but modification and all)
• 25 Squats w/ little tire
• 25 OH press 2/ little tire
• 25 Flutter kicks 4 ct w/ little tire
• 25 Merkins w/ little tire
• 5 Tire flips w/ big tires

This ran us up to 0600 and time for M2 – various stretches that mainly focused on groin, hammies, hips, etc.

COT: Continued prayers for my dad, Sparknut’s brother, Sugar’s employment, fartsackers.  YHC is running the Around the Crown 10K 9/1 – Mr. Sunshine Jimmy Buffett astutely observed that this is Labor Day weekend (race is on a Sunday.)  Not the best time for guys to be in town, but if you are, let’s do this!

Moleskin:  The legs definitely aren’t under YHC just yet, but they will get there.  The effects of the 50+ mile Star Course ruck are still apparent.  I probably just need to shake it out with some runs like JB suggested.  Nice work by JB and HP.  The effort was there for sure.  The Form Police can leave the scene with Hot Pack, dude delivers full range of motion repetitions every time.  I take some pride in my form, but it probably was lacking today.  Tclaps to Wormburner for fartsacking the entire month of June…  June 2019 won’t go down in the annals of history as one of the finest Stoner months ever for posting numbers.  Time to get back after it boys!  Have a great weekend and see y’all next week!
