As promised in the F3MECA COMZ Plan – YHC is going to put together a quick bulleted list that the PAX can copy, paste and edit into their own backblasts with your AOs own events AND this acts as a reminder for Circle of Trust:

• This Wednesday (27 March): #F3MentalBattle – Wednesday’s workouts are encouraged to have a longer Circle of Trust to prompt a conversation about mental health. There’s more here, but to be clear – what’s said in the gloom stays there.
