8 men rose from their fartsacks to get in a little running or rucking.  It seems that The Gremlin and this week’s beatdowns may have taken there toll as pax were feeling a little run down for this one.  Sugar and Project took off on their ruck and the rest of us ran the new “Mini P.”

Less than a half mile to the loop, then 3/4 mile for the loop itself.  Run loops until 0605/0610 and return to AO.  Jimmy Buffett split early as he was experiencing hip, and just general, pain.  Marie headed back a bit early as well.  YHC failed to mention this to Sparknut as he doubled back for the six and accrued some extra mileage looking for someone that wasn’t there.

We all return safely with 4-5.6 miles under our belts and we are better for it, even if it didn’t feel like it (YHC was NOT feeling it out there #stiff.)  Great job by all.

COT: It doesn’t appear JB has any serious injury, but prayers for quick recovery to be sure.  Prayers to Sparknut’s brother Nathan who will be in a recovery center for drug addiction near Louisiana until mid-February.  He is battling demons in a big way and is considering leaving the LA area to come this way to possibly get a fresh start.  Regardless, we are pulling for the young man.

Moleksin: I forgot to do a ceremonial handing off of the shovel flag (darnit!) but tomorrow’s Q Love Seat has it nonetheless.  Let’s all show out tomorrow for some mid-50 degree temps tomorrow!
