3 men decided low 30s wasn’t too cold to put in some miles and are better for it.  The route was made up as we went and looks like below.

Business as usual for the first 4 miles.  The last mile we mixed it up.  Took a less traveled road and did some intermittent sprints.  YHC slept in for yesterday’s speed work so we made up for it with a few intervals at the end of Road Warrior.

@Wexler has gotten so much faster.  Nice work.  He’s going to crush last year’s time this year.

@BanjoBoy was also looking strong.  Steady pace this morning.  He was recovering from the speed work yesterday.  Looks like he’s on pace for a Huntersville PR also.
