Hill Circuit
All Highlands BackblastsOctober 25th, 2018
18 of MECA’s finest showed up despite the Slack post last night that this would be a hill circuit. We had some distinguished visitors from some other AO’s either coming to Highlands as part of the Passport Challenge, or since they knew YHC would be que’ing. After the disclaimer we mosey’d to the parking lot in front of the Middle School away from the Gladiator Bootcamp crowd with some high knees, butt kicks and Stoli skips along the way.

Mosey to the hill by the entrance to the schools from Highland Creek Parkway for the first station of the Hill Circuit. Pair up with someone of your same workout ability. Each station was a 10-2 ladder (by 2’s) with the exercise at the top of the hill being the timer.
Station 1 – Jump Squats at the top of the hill, WWII Sit Ups at the bottom. Mosey up the sidewalk to:
Station 2 – Lunge and rotate (both legs counts as 1 rep) at the top of the hill, Merkins until rubber arms then Plank at the bottom. Mosey up the sidewalk to the wall for:
Station 3 – CDD’s with 1 arm rotations at the top of the hill, People’s Chair with arm presses at the bottom. Mosey up to the upper parking lot for:
Station 4 – Low slow squats at the top of the hill, LBC’s at the bottom. Mosey back to Station 1 to start the cycle again until time called.
Mosey back for Mary.

Announcements –
- Murph Monday at the Sports Club
- Speed tomorrow even though it will be cold, rainy and miserable according to Disaster
Moleskin –
- Sorry for the confusion to start. Had planned on doing each cycle 3x then turned it into a ladder for some reason.
- Good effort, some completed 6 stations. Don’t think anyone was cold after a few minutes into it.
- Great having some visitors from other AO’s #PassportChallenge.
