I had decided to actually plan a workout, well kinda. I planned a WIB so it only kinda counts. Anyway, I also thought it had been awhile since we’d seen The Horseshoe, at least for me anyway. But seeing on how last night was MeCa Region HDHH (at least for 3 of us, shame on ya’ll) I thought toning it down a bit might be a good idea. So instead of a run to the track and 1/4 mi laps how about we just do laps in the teacher lot. (turns out, it didn’t matter, still sucked) Now what to call it??? The little horseshoe? nah. My Brothers, it’s gotta be the Li’l Sebastian Horseshoe! (you know, cause Li’l Sebastian was a miniature horse – just google it) Now, for the weinke: having pizza last week paid off – The Pizza Box of Pain returns!!!

So that was a tough one even though the run was reduced. Actually, the way it’s supposed to go is when you get to the lunges, you drop off the merkins then that Squats, etc, etc…… (That may have helped a bit.) or we just roll with it as the Li’l Sebastian version – we can beat that dead miniature horse when we get to it. (see what I did there)
