13 men put in work to get faster and stronger at the #DevilsPitchFork this morning.  It’s a love-hate relationship with the #DevilsPitchFork.  We hate when it starts and love when it ends.  It’s a great route for some hills in the Burg.

We all stuck to the default route this morning.

@Exit54 set a screeching pace this morning and nobody caught him.

@Scooter hung back with YHC, taking it easy.  YHC appreciated the company and good conversation.

@HopHunter and @SSMinnow were looking strong, as usual.  Both are ready to kill BRR.

@Wexler was also killing it.  Started early and kept going strong.

@BanjoBoy is back from vacation putting in some work.  I could see it in his eyes how much he will miss the pitchfork and not being on a BRR team this year.  @Solocup always has a shoulder for you to cry on.

@Rerun looked strong this morning.  @Scooter and YHC fooled him into thinking we ran that complete leg at the end.  We took the #shortcut.  Strong work.

@Talladega runs faster uphill than downhill.  How is that even possible??

@Anvil and @Pharaoh kept it going strong and consistent the whole time.

@Riptide and @Chuggington put in extra miles running to and from #pitchfork.  They got smart and headed back home a little early this morning.

Announcements

Hope over Heroin September 7th and 8th.  We will have a tent in Kannapolis.  Go out and support a great cause and EH some guys that really need F3.

Adopt-a-park is happening tomorrow from 7-11.  Talk to @Wexler if you can help.  He needs more volunteers so please help, if you can.

Hit the bricks race is September 15th.  @Exit54 has details. There will be plenty of chairs at the race.  Think we need more chair pushers, talk to @Exit54 if you can help
