Bank Rolling a Back to School Lesson
All Rolling Stone BackblastsAugust 27th, 2018
Since today was back to school for all the 2.0’s, YHC wanted to try and do something different to get the PAX ready for their lesson on banking. So, after the disclaimer, PAX were instructed to escort their kettlebells (as well as the Rage Brothers) over to the Suntrust bank parking lot. Then this is how we made it rain:
Warmarama
SSH IC x 20
Windmill IC x 12
Imperial Storm Troopers IC x 15
Lap round the bank lot
The Thang
PAX were told to pick a parking space. YHC wrote an exercise on each parking space for the morning. The timer was 1 PAX who walked up the Suntrust Bank steps, completing 1 bicep curl for each step. Then on the way down, complete 1 tricep extension for each step. At the bottom, lap around the bank. Upon returning, each PAX shifted to the next parking space.
Each exercise was AMRAP
Shoulder Presses
Shoulder Raises
Lawnmowers – Left
Lawnmowers – Right
Goblet Squats
Sumo Squats
Calf Raises
LBC’s
The PAX completed two full rotations, then a group lap around the lot.
Mary
Airborne Mind Bender (10 second count)
Sit & press IC x 20
Chest press IC x 20
LBC’s with KB IC x 50
Kettlebells back to the Christian Brother’s lot for CoT.
CoT

I liked the ambiguous chalk markings; it was part choose your own adventure for a few exercises which made it extra fun – great lead and planning Project. Great also to be working beside Cricket and Life Alert this am.
Sparknut can count Golden Boy and Pox in for a little service day – just logged it in my calendar.
???????? Thanks Pox!
Great planning. I like the chalk idea for “conveyor belt”-style workouts.
