Tire Rotation
All Rolling Stone BackblastsJune 18th, 2018
6 men gathered to hang out at the sauna with some kettle bells plus tires to ensure the sweat never stopped. An obnoxious amount of kettle bells delivered by Heatstroke awaited us. Shovel flag not present. Temperatures in the 70s at 5:30 am and the humidity probably higher than that. But nonetheless, we endured.
Fairly solid Disclaimer given by YHC followed by a lap around the Christian Brothers lot.

Moleskin
- Thank you guys for joining and pushing me. I see Firestone grab a big weight and it immediately encourages me to grab something a little heavier. Getting up for a run is no issue for me. Getting up to lug around tires and kettle bells is a whole different story. Wouldn’t be happening if I didn’t know others would be suffering along with me. As Schnitzel pointed out, I was leaving a trail of sweat everywhere I went. Hopefully everyone else got a solid beat down as well.

@jimmybuffet you were leaving near perfect sweat logos from the back of the RS t-shirt on the parking lot of CB. Very impressive, and probably still there for solid EH potential.
Looks solid JB! It was crazy humid this morning. I have no doubt carrying tires around, along with the bell work, equaled crazy perspiration.
If people aren’t sweating their bells off in this weather, they aren’t working hard enough… but more likely they aren’t drinking enough water. Constant water intake very important throughout the day all summer long.
