12 PAX gathered for a surprise people’s Q this gloom. A lack of enthusiasm with PAX signing up to Q lately led Buckwheat to pull an impromptu swap-a-roo.

Warm-a-rama

Robin’s Nest picked up the start, and after a brief disclaimer, we were off. He led us on a brief mosey across to the high school parking lot where we launched in to SSH, Cotton Pickers, Imperial Storm Troopers, Hillbillies, and Merkins IC. From there, 10 and 2 took over and we launched into…

The Thang

• Brief mosey to the painted football field in the parking lot
• Bear crawl to the 10 yd line, 10 merkins, run back
• Lunge walk to the 20, 20 LBC’s, run back
• Karaoki (sp?) to the 30, 30 Carolina Dry Docks, run back
• Quadraphelia to the 40, 40 squats, run back

At this point, Robin’s Nest picked up the Q again and led a mosey around to the back of the school (briefly interrupted by a Softwood detour for 15 Dirty Hookups IC and a Robin’s Nest detour for 20 dips). Once again at the back of the school:

• Created a circuit with LBC’s x 20, bear crawl down the stairs, 20 dips, bear crawl up the stairs
• Repeat a total of 3 times

With a little bit of pressure, Oboe took over from here and led a mosey back to the elementary school with some stops along the way for:

• 20 calf raises, 10 offset merkins on each side
• 20 calf raises, 20 decline dry docks
• 20 calf raises

Mary

We had a round robin of sorts for Mary that include appearances by:

• Mad Dog – Double Taps IC
• Montezuma’s Revenge – Box Cutters IC
• Hardwood – Crunchy Frogs IC
• Robin’s Nest – Homer to Marge
• Pongo – Rosalita IEC (in espanol cadence)
• Probably a couple other ones I forgot
