THE THANG:

Start at Bradford Park Pool Area:

Go up Revere.

Turn right on Moody and then left on Millen.

Turn right onto Snow and go to the end.

At the end of Snow, turn around and come back the same way to the pool.

Back at the Pool Area:

Five stations were set with 45 seconds at each and 15 seconds pause as we rotate stations.

Station 1: Merkins

Station 2: Lawn Mower

Station 3: Upright Row.

Station 4: Curls

Station 5: WWII Sit Ups

MOLESKIN:

What a swing in temperatures.  Yesterday it was 65 and today it was 38.

It was great to have Trojan join us for Hillbilly fun. He came out after doing a late night race at the White Water Center.  That is dedication!

I enjoyed the chatter between Exit 54, SS Minnow, and Trojan and about the Blue Ridge and other races.

I enjoyed seeing Loophole out with us today.
