YHC rolled up with 6 other PAX in the gloom. It was verified “suck it bros” temps as DISCLAIMER was called and then to WARMARAMA

THE THANG

Mosey down to the field and the plan was called:

Partner up for Dora. P1 does exercise while P2 runs the width of the field. Then they switch. Burpees, WWII, and then Merkins. 100, 200, and 300 – respectively with reps being shared by each team. Then descend down the ladder.

Here’s how it actually worked out:

• YHC stretched out WARMARMA, because every Dora backblast had some sort of ad libbing to round out the clock. TIL: the Burpee, WWII, and Merkin combo will fill out a workout.
