At 0530, with perfect temperature and a gentle breeze: 8 PAX were evenly divided among runners and ruckers. After DISCLAIMER, both groups headed down the greenway.

THE THANG

As the runners passed, the ruckers (YHC, Bos, Sugar and Project) halted and did 5 merkins IC, then hit the bridge and did 5 derkins IC and then went to the end of the bridge and did 5 more derkins IC and rucked to the next bridge and then did 5 merkins. It continued like this until we could log 100 for the merkin challenge and reach the end of the greenway.

The ruckers hurried back and found out that the runners had scattered with Golden Boy and Jimmy Buffet peeling off to head home.

Co’T

There was a threat of a storm so CoT was a little hectic. Also, Project was circling us to make the 2.8 ruck miles an even 3.0 on Strava.
