As Mother Nature continued to try to hold onto Winter 12 menfolk weren’t skeered and congregated at The Ridge. 5:30 came upon YHC quickly so off we went. The following happened to the best off my recollection…………

THE THANG
Partner up and head to the practice field: Both partners do the directed reps of the designated exercise and then run the opposite sides of the field to the other end. Do the reps of the designated exercise and then back to the other end and repeato.
1st round: 20 –> 10 Dive bombers
10 –> 20 Flutter kicks
2nd round: 20 –> 10 squats
10 –> 20 WWII’s

–Harrisburg 5k/10k April 14th and this is a Speed for Need event. Sign up here https://www.harrisburgnc.org/departments/parks-recreation/town-events/harrisburg-5k-market-main. There will be a beatdown before the race at the Town Center starting at 6:30am (instead of the rail yard).
–Spartan race coming up April 7th & 8th. A lot of Pax launching on Sunday Morning. Sign up under the ‘F3Harrisburg’ Team and talk to @Clueless or YHC for info.
MOLESKIN
–YHC got quite a bit of flack for choosing the practice field due to a slight bit of moisture on the ground. Thanks for sticking with it and keep pushing through the conditions. Most of the PAX got through two rounds.
–Couple of the PAX worked through pains and other issues during the workout so hopefully those keep improving.
–Checked out SignupGenius earlier and a lot of vacancies over the next few weeks. It’s always good to get fresh ideas from VQ’s, so sign up so we don’t get reprimanded by the Master Q.
