Mother nature deceived YHC into thinking it was shorts weather this am.  Hitting the snooze and seeing 37 was great.  Hearing Rush on the drive to the AO added another positive.  Starting out on the run we began suspecting we had been deceived…. Finishing up, the temp had dropped to 32.

As a true math geek, I should’ve had a 3.14 mi route ready, but chose rather to keep moving and avoid freezing…

• run around the burg, circling back for the six, and return to town center after 5ish miles for COT w/ broga.  See Strava for details.

• great to have Burvegas joining the most social workout of the week.

• Orphanage time changed to 2pm on 4/21.
• Spartan race coming up April 7th & 8th.  A lot of Pax launching on Sunday Morning.  Sign up under the ‘F3 Harrisburg’ Team and talk to @Clueless or @Kojak for info.
• Harrisburg 5K is 4/14.  This will be our first SpeedForNeed event of 2018 so lets post a strong showing for the home town.  Details here.  There will be a beatdown before the race at the Town Center starting at 6:30am (instead of the rail yard)
• Operation Sweet Tooth is having their Christina Latini 8k/2Mile walk on April 21st.  Ther is a virtual run option for those who can’t make it.  Details Here!
