YHC HCed for the ruck training at 0430; but set his alarm for 1545. Upon discovering this at 0500, made way for AO to arrive at 0530 where 3 other PAX were stretching for a run.

After conferring, we decided to do the Haunted Daycare and “The P”. The route is

• Moss Farm into the neighborhood
• Right on Moss Plantation, go to the end
• Left on Village Commons (Cross NC 73 -Davidson Highway – and that road becomes Wellington Chase)
• Right on Treeline Drive
• Right on Lockwood
• Left on Wellington Chase
• Left on Village Commons
• Left on Moss Farm to the AO

Just under 4 miles. Sparknut set the pace at 9 min/mile.
