Warmup Mosey: (major Q fail & mental blackout, couldn’t start an exercise to save my life…..Next cadence is…..exercise, start, move, yeah whatever, GO!)

SSH, 5 Burpees, Cotton Pickers, 5 Burpees, Mosey to Shelter by Playground, Dips, Mosey to Fields, Step Ups

The “Partner” Thang:

Partner Up. Size & Speed Matter.

Exercise at 4 corners of the field, sprinting between all stations

Goal- 3 rounds of each, 10/15/20 then 20/15/10 (actually made it 3 rounds then a single round of 10)

Partner Derican/Planks

Partner Push

Partner Throw Down

Partner Squiricans (Merican/Squat)

Partner Push

Partner Leglock Situps/Patty Cake

Mary(ish) Make Your Way to the Flag:

On your six, on GO sprint to light. (wait for confused six) LBC’s until the arrive

Mosey to next corner, reverse crunches

All you got sprint to bathroom (or, as it’s usually known, chase Othello as he runs away from the Pax)

Walk it out back to the Flag

Q Fail #2- 45 seconds left, no refunds, 5 Burpees on your own

Thanks to the all the Pax who put in a solid effort today. You guys bring it every day! We did about 1.75 +/- miles plus a bunch of silliness in the wet gloom.

Thanks to Triple Threat for partnering up with me. You kept pushing……”Keep it going, finish strong, put your legs straight out, don’t cheat yourself……..” all good words you sounded off today!

Congrats to High Chair for finishing his Ruck event Saturday & not resting for a second & posting right away today! TCLAPS!!
