Seven Dawg House and Harrisburg Pax converged on a foggy CMS turn 1 to get a warm-up for the upcoming week and promptly proceeded to get’er done.

The Thang

Mosey across the big parking lot

CoP

• Windmill, Imperial Storm Troopers, Side Straddle Hops, Merkins, Mountain Climbers, Burpees

Mosey to Victory Circle in front of CMS ticket office

Circuit x5:

• 10xDips, 10xDecline Merkins, 10xIncline Merkins, run around all the flags in the plaza

Mosey to lower level entrance to the Speedway Club

• People’s Chair, Air Press, Balls to the Wall, Squats, Donkey Kicks, Burpees

Mosey to ramp at Turn 1 entrance and repeat 4-5 times:

• Run backwards up ramp, 5xburpees, run down ramp, 10xmerkins

Mosey around Turn 1 Condo lobby entrance.

• Stop by turnstile rails for 20x pullups

Mosey back to parking lot for people’s Mary:

• SS Minnow – pretzel stick

• Clueless – X’s & O’s
• Gapper – mason twist
• Jack Sparrow – plank
• Wexler – W
• Talledaga – J-Lo
