Preblast: Feb 10, Wings of Eagles Ranch Needs MeCa’s Help

Our friends at Wings of Eagles Ranch are starting their 20th year of serving the special needs community in our area.  They have a couple of carpentry projects (and other TBD non-carpentry projects) coming up that MeCa Pax could help with. The carpentry projects are:

  1. Install new support beams and planking on one side of their climbing wall
  2. Replace the decking on the landing deck of their zip line

Many MeCa Pax have helped with service projects at WoE over the past few years and have learned what an outstanding ministry WoE is for the special needs community. All Pax (and 2.0’s 12 years and older) can contribute via helping with these carpentry projects or other smaller projects, which are always numerous. We will start around 9:00 am.     I’ll join at 9AM.
    Let us know what tools would be of service. (cordless drills, hammers, mitre saws, circular saws?)

      Sounds real good, @Teen Spirit….yes, carpentry tools would be helpful.

      If it is raining in the morning, they want to target the following Saturday, Feb. 17 for this work day.
