8 men ran the race this morning at #Hillbilly.
Don’t underestimate the importance of 2nd F (Fellowship). YHC saw two pax last night at a robotics event and planted the idea that coming to workout this morning was a good idea. They might have chosen that red pill on their own, but YHC is not so sure. Two other pax were also EH’d, one is recovering from surgery and one said he’d be there, but was a no show. Life happens.
YHC doesn’t have family in this area and has only a few friends outside of F3. Glad to be part of it. Take a moment and invite someone that you work with or the guy that used to come and stopped coming. All fitness levels are welcome, let’s do better to spread the word and help our brothers out.
Speaking of 2nd F, good time this morning at “garage-ateeria” at @Exit54s house. If you weren’t there, you missed out on some good conversations.
