4 men came out in the gloom to put in some miles. The group wasn’t too chatty this morning, just putting in work. The theme for today is Endurance.

We took a mini-tour around the Burg. Down Roberta to School Rd. Left on Martha Melvin around the curve to Robinson Church. Left on Oakley, then another left to do the horse shoe. Up to the shelter, then back home. Straight on Morehead and right on Rocky River Crossing back to home base.
About 5.3 miles, give or take. @Wexler and YHC did some extra credit and got 9.
Announcements
Harrisburg 5k/10k is April 14th. This will be a SpeedForNeed event so we need Pax support. @Gapper will have details coming out soon.
@BanjoBoy said he’s twice as fast as the 5k’ers and will finish at the same time as them when he runs the 10k.
Time Laps and BRR still need runners. Don’t procrastinate too long. The trails and hills don’t get easier as you lay in bed and eat biscuits.

@BanjoBoy was extra spry out there this morning, leading the way with @Exit54 most of the time. Must be because @SoloCup wasn’t there dragging down his mood. Or it’s those fancy Altra shoes. You need to rethink BRR, or at least Time Laps. Talk to @Escalade.
@Wexler goes faster up hill. We’re convinced he will love BRR. It’s the perfect match. Just remember where the strength comes from and you’ll be fine.

YHCs complaining fell on deaf ears after COT this morning. Complaining to 3 previous IronQs about how tired you are, on just the third day, didn’t work out so well. I know they were trying to be sympathetic when they laughed out loud and said IronQ should be renamed the WhiningQ. #supportgroup. Maybe YHC needs to read some more quotes online about Endurance.
