All Harrisburg Backblasts

January 12th, 2018 By SS Minnow

Who would have thought we would have 64 degrees a week after our record cold spell? Maybe it was the balmy temperature, who knows, but a Hillbilly record seven Harrisburg aces got an all-around workout done before the sun came up.

The Thang

2.8 mile run through the hills of Bradford Park

Tabata Round-Robin Set with weights and jump rope

Moleskin

Thanks for coming out guys, and going hard for 45 minutes. We accomplished our goal.

  1. @Loophole, that is as close as you are going to come to getting caked out by @SsMinnow. You better start pushing the pace out there or he may buy you coffee.

@BearClaw, did you tell him he can’t be Fat AND Ugly? I’ve had success with that line…once

Glad to have you join us @JackSparrow. Your lucky you didn’t come out yesterday, we had a different name picked out…

  2. The Strava reported pace was slowed slightly by the search for the missing PAX at the end. But, point taken… check back next week.
