Honoring many heroes today

All Highlands Backblasts

December 15th, 2017 By Forgotten Jelly

Ten men came together on this cool morning to honor several fallen heroes. It’s been a long time since YHC posted at a RED Friday workout. With the year winding down I knew the best way to do it was to Q it. YHC picked two workouts today.

Moleskin
– we ran out of time to do 20 full minutes for the part honoring sergeant Sakai. I think the 14 minutes we did was still effective.
– Nice push by all this morning. Both workouts were tough.
– I’ve always enjoyed RED Friday workouts. They are tough and meaningful.
– Hope the knee issue isn’t too serious Pony Boy.
– Remember to always thank those who are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice for this country. They are the true heroes in our society.

  1. Nice work today @Jelly. Thanks for leading us. Although you did forget to give @Dropcloth credit for the extraneous run from the Elementary school to the Middle School and back again in search of a suitable box jump.
