2. Great work and great attention to form this morning! It’s not all about how many reps you can do. The point is to grow and get stronger, not to just to say I can do a bunch of merkins…right? I’m surprised I haven’t gotten any kudos from the Form Police for my recent Q’s that have shut down the Early Plankers Society… Isn’t there some kind of sticker for my car that I should get from the Form Police that let’s people know I’m associated with them?
3. Bos – nice work with Big Red this morning. Other than that the Rage Brothers didn’t get much attention today.
4. Heatstroke & Bos – nice work with the rucks
5. Gold Bond – Great work out there! I can’t even get my boys out the bed lately.
6. El Sabado – Thanks for the example of showing up and doing what you can even when you’re injured.
